Newsletter 349 of 1 October 2015 Constitution of the Board
Dear Sir or Madam,
The Board of VQF has amended its constitution at the Board meeting of 28 September 2015. Upon his own request, Peter Stadler has resigned as Vice Chairman of the Board, but will continuously be a member of the Board. Peter Stadler has been an outstanding support to the Board and to VQF in his function as Vice Chairman, and I am very grateful that he will continue to share his vast expertise, in particular in the field of accounting, with VQF. The Board has unanimously elected previous Board member Dr. Patrick Schleiffer as new Vice Chairman of the Board. Congratulations to his elections; I am excited to continue working with Cr. Patrick Schleiffer in his new function within the Board.
