Selbstdeklaration für das Geschäftsjahr 2014
Sehr geehrte Mitglieder
Jahresendzeit ist immer auch Selbstdeklarationszeit, weshalb ab sofort die diesjährige Eingabemaske dazu in der Collaboration Platform aufgeschaltet ist. Wie jedes Jahr muss die vollständig ausgefüllte Selbstdeklaration (VQF Dok. Nr. 903.1) bis spätestens am 31. Januar 2015 eingereicht werden, unabhängig davon, ob Sie berufsmässig (BFI-Status) oder nichtberufsmässig (NBFI-Status) tätig sind oder wenn Sie inzwischen über gar keine GwG-Files mehr verfügen. Ein allfälliges Gesuch um Fristerstreckungsgesuch richten Sie bitte bis am 31. Januar 2015 an den VQF.
Die Eingabemaske für die Selbstdeklaration finden Sie wie bereits letztes Jahr auf unserer Website www.vqf.ch, unter "Mitglieder" auf der Collaboration Platform. Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Eingabemaske die Daten des Mitglieds auf der Basis des Vorjahres bereits übernommen wurden, womit die Angaben nur noch kontrolliert und allfällige Änderungen und Ergänzungen eingeben werden müssen. Die Selbstdeklaration wird anschliessend elektronisch an den VQF übermittelt.
Um den Vorgang für Sie möglichst einfach zu gestalten, verzichtet der VQF ab sofort auf die physische Einforderung der Selbstdeklaration. Mit der elektronischen Übermittlung der Selbstdeklaration ist der Vorgang daher abgeschlossen.
Bitte beachten Sie in diesem Zusammenhang auch den Artikel im VQF Aktuell Nr. 29 vom Dezember 2014, in welchem wir ebenfalls über die diesjährige Selbstdeklaration informieren.

Self-Declaration for the business year 2014
Dear Member,
End of the year also means that it is time for the Self-Declaration process - therefore we have now activated the input form on the Collaboration Platform. As it is the case every year, the Self-Declaration (VQF doc. no. 903.1) must be completed and submitted by 31 January 2015, regardless of whether you act on a professional basis (PFI status) or non-professional basis (NPFI status) and even so if you should not have any AMLA-files at all. A possible request for an extension of the deadline to submit the Self-Declaration must be filed with VQF by 31 January 2015 as well.
As in previous years, the electronic form for the Self-Declaration is available on the Collaboration Platform of our website at www.vqf.ch in the members' section. Please note that the previous year's data has already been adopted to the input form and therefore you only need to check the preset data and enter any changes and additions. Subsequently you have to transmit the Self-Declaration electronically.
In order to make the procedure more comfortable it is no longer necessary to submit the Self-Declaration physically, hence the electronic transmission closes the submitting procedure.
