Change in the Management of the VQF
The VQF and its former Executive Director, Mr. Patrick Rutishauser, have parted company by mutual agreement. Patrick Rutishauser has been granted leave for the duration of the notice period. The Management Board thanks Patrick Rutishauser for the services rendered in recent years, in which the VQF in addition to operating as a SRO in the AMLA sector was able to establish a strong industry organisation in the field of asset management.
Ad interim, Dr. Stephan Ochsner, a member of the Supervisory Board, has assumed the role of Executive Director until the Management Board appoints a successor. During this time, Dr. Stephan Ochsner will suspend his role as a member of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Stephan Ochsner is a Swiss lawyer and, as a former CEO of the Liechtenstein Financial Market Supervisory Authority, he brings sound supervisory experience.
