Revision of VQF Circular 2011/2 "Implementation of the Regulation on Auxiliary Personnel pursuant to the SRO Regulations and the Ordinance on the Professional Exercising of Financial Intermediary Activity (VBF)"
The VQF has revised its Circular on support staff and introduced relaxations for the employees of members: the Circular now only applies to external support persons (agents, representatives, etc.).
The revised Circular is effective immediately. You can find it on our website http://www.vqf.ch/en/publications/vqf-rundschreiben.
Please note that only the German version is legally binding.
