Amendment of VQF forms in accordance with the new regulations

The amended SRO regulations came into force on 1 January 2013. The VQF has now amended its forms accordingly (especially the identification form and risk profile). Members are recommended to use only the new forms from now on. These can be downloaded from the VQF website.

The Internal Guidelines (VQF doc no. 1108.2) were also amended due to the fact that only a senior person / management position or the management may now approve the establishment of an increased risk business relationship. (Previously this was the top management body, which continues to be responsible for the approval of PEP relationships). Since this is a relaxation, members are free to change their internal guidelines accordingly or retain the current, more stringent regulation.

The new forms are initially available in German. Other languages will follow in the coming weeks.
