Amendment to Appendices 2 to 5 to the Ordinance of 30 March 2011 on Sanctions against Libya (SR 946.231.149.82)
International sanctions
The Federal Department of Economic Affairs amended Appendices 2 to 5 of the Ordinance on Sanctions against Libya on 19 September 2012. Two persons were deleted from Appendices 3 and 5 and added to Appendices 2 and 4. In addition, further information was added to a number of list entries. The amendment came into force on 21 September 2012.
The amendment is available for consultation on the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) website.
