Amendment to Appendices 5 and 6 to the Ordinance on Sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran (SR 646.231.143.6)

The Federal Department of Economic Affairs amended Appendices 5 and 6 to the Ordinance on Sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran on 29 August 2012. 3 entries were added to Appendix 5; in Appendix 6, 8 entries were deleted and 6 entries were amended. The amendment came into force on 31 August 2012.

In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on Sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, financial intermediaries are requested to report relevant business relationships to SECO and to freeze the associated assets.
