Anne Héritier Lachat is new Chair of FINMA
The Federal Council appointed Anne Héritier Lachat as the new Chair of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA at its meeting held on 22 December 2010. She will take over from Eugen Haltiner, who is to resign as Chairman from the FINMA Board of Directors at the end of this year. Anne Héritier Lachat will take up office at the beginning of January 2011.
