The VQF SRO is continuously digitalising its processes. The next milestone will simplify communication with the VQF SRO for you as a member. We would like to summarise the most important points as follows:
- In future, members of the VQF SRO will be able to send the required documents electronically via e-mail. Delivery by post will only be necessary in designated exceptional cases.
- The VQF SRO has defined in detail which documents can be submitted in which form in its guide to applications and guide to changes (cf. our website https://www.vqf.ch/de/vqf-downloads).
- The member keeps the originals of the submitted documents with him/her, insofar as originals are necessary according to the guidelines.
- Official letters from the VQF SRO will continue to be sent to the member by post until further notice. However, delivery by e-mail is also possible at the discretion of the VQF SRO.

We kindly request that you return this document to us within 2 weeks of receipt with a legally valid signature (the original by physical mail with original handwritten signature or, in the case of a qualified electronic signature (see definition in the declaration of consent), by e-mail to info@vqf.ch).
Electronic documents can only be accepted by VQF once we have received the legally valid signed declaration of consent.
