We are happy to inform you that the annual report for the year 2021 (in German) is now available on our homepage in the member section.

At the same time, we can give the following update regarding our ordinary General Assembly: Although the special situation according to the Epidemics Act was lifted by the Federal Council as of 1 April 2022, the Corona pandemic is not over. We are still noticing a certain reluctance on the part of many people to attend large gatherings. Numerous meetings of societies will therefore still be held in writing this year for security reasons. VQF has decided to hold this year's annual ordinary General Assembly on 16 May 2022 in written form again. It comes with great regret that we cannot hold our ordinary General Assembly as an in-person event where our network can be cultivated. At least the choice of the written form allows us to present to our members the results of the annual report and financial statement 2021 in due time and receive all relevant decisions by our members. Furthermore we thereby comply with the Federal Councils Covid-19 ordinance 3, which explicitly allows the written or electronic form for company assemblies.

You will receive all relevant documentation by post within this week (albeit in German – please do not hesitate if you should have any questions). Amongst other documents your ballot paper will be sent to you along with a stamped addressed return envelope. This should facilitate the exercise of your voting rights. The cut-off date for the count of the votes will be the 16 May 2022.

We are looking forward to your numerous participation in our written General Assembly.

Geschätzte Mitglieder

Es freut uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Jahresbericht 2021 des VQF per sofort auf unserer Homepage im Mitgliederbereich abrufbar ist.

Zeitgleich gibt es folgendes Update zur ordentlichen Generalversammlung: Obwohl die besondere Lage gemäss Epidemiegesetz durch den Bundesrat per 1. April 2022 aufgehoben wurde, ist die Corona-Pandemie nicht vorüber. Wir stellen nach wie vor bei vielen Personen eine gewisse Zurückhaltung fest, an grossen Versammlungen teilzunehmen. Zahlreiche Versammlungen von Gesellschaften werden dieses Jahr aus Sicherheitsgründen deshalb immer noch schriftlich durchgeführt werden. Der VQF führt deshalb die diesjährige ordentliche Generalversammlung vom 16. Mai 2022 wiederum auf schriftlichem Weg durch. Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir unsere ordentliche Generalversammlung erneut nicht als physischen Anlass mit der Möglichkeit zum direkten Austausch durchführen können. Immerhin gelingt es uns auf dem Schriftweg, unseren Mitgliedern zeitnah den Jahresbericht 2021 zu präsentieren und alle notwendigen Entscheide von ihnen abzuholen. Zudem entsprechen wir auf diesem Weg wiederum den Vorgaben der Covid-19 Verordnung 3 des Bundesrates, die dieses Vorgehen für Gesellschaftsversammlungen ausdrücklich zulässt.

Sie werden diese Woche per Post alle relevanten Unterlagen für die schriftliche Generalversammlung erhalten. Namentlich wird Ihnen ein Stimmzettel für Ihre Stimmabgabe sowie ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendecouvert zugestellt, was Ihnen die Ausübung Ihrer Stimm- und Wahlrechte erleichtern soll. Stichdatum für die Auszählung der eingegangenen Voten wird der 16. Mai 2022 sein.
