Today, all shares of VQF Audit Ltd. have been transferred to their new owner, Mr. Rolf Schönauer, and the company has been renamed into “CAPREV Wirtschaftsprüfung und -beratung AG”. With this step, VQF group has achieved another level to satisfy current and future requirements of the financial markets regulations.

We kindly invite you to read the attached the joint message of both VQF and Rolf Schönauer (German version only).

VQF will inform its members in the coming days concerning the future requirements for all members for a formal mandate with an accredited audit company.
