Newsletter 675: COVID-19: New office opening hours

Ladies and gentlemen
Dear members

As communicated during the past week, the majority of our employees are currently working from their home offices. This also applies for our administrative core team, so to avoid any need of public transportation and the respective, currently problematic interaction with third parties that shall be mitigated as much as possible. It is for this reason that starting from Monday, 23 March 2020, our office’s official opening hours during which you can reach us by telephone are as follows:

• in the morning 9.00 – 12.00 am
• afternoons 1.15 – 4.00 pm

Electronically, we remain available and at your services during the usual office hours. We thank you for your understanding and for taking note of these changes.

In case you should have any questions or requests, we are at our disposal.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Geschätzte Mitglieder

Wie bereits vergangene Woche informiert, arbeiten die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des VQF derzeit nach Möglichkeiten von ihren Home Offices. Dies betrifft, um Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und damit verbundene, derzeit problematische Kontakte mit Drittpersonen weitestgehend zu minimieren, auch das Kernteam der Administration. Aus diesem Grund gelten ab Montag, 23. März 2020, bis auf weiteres folgende offizielle telefonische Öffnungszeiten:

• Morgens von 9.00 – 12.00 Uhr
• Nachmittags von 13.15 – 16.00 Uhr

Elektronisch sind wir wie bisher weiterhin zu den gewohnten Zeiten für Sie erreichbar. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Kenntnisnahme.

Bei Fragen oder Anliegen Ihrerseits stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
