Newsletter 1068: Self-Declaration for the business year 2025

Dear Members

Many thanks to all those members who have already submitted the Self-Declaration for the business year 2025 – no further steps are needed from these members!

However, we herewith remind all other members who have not yet submitted the Self-Declaration (VQF doc. no. 903.1) for 2024 that there remain two weeks for a timely submission (31 January 2025). Any request for an extension of the deadline, including a justification, must be submitted to selbstdeklaration@vqf.ch by 31 January 2026.

Please note that in case of late submission, a new reminder fee of CHF 500.- plus VAT will be charged for each reminder.

As in previous years, the electronic form for the Self-Declaration can be found on our website www.vqf.ch, under “Members” in the Collaboration Platform. Please complete the self-declaration truthfully and in full. Once you have submitted it electronically, the process is complete — a signed version is not required. Entries that are started but not submitted cannot be considered completed. After successful submission, you will re-ceive a confirmation email along with a copy of your submitted Self-Declaration.

Any notifications regarding changes in material facts or other information (personnel or structural) that formed part of your membership application either by post or to mutationen@vqf.ch.
