We would like to inform you that VQF has updated its Fee Regulation. These changes were approved by the Board on 5th November 2024 and will come into effect on 1st January 2025, replacing the previous Fee Regulation dated 30th January 2023.
The key updates include:
- Introduction of a minimum fee to ensure sustainable cost coverage
- Standardised training fees, applicable regardless of whether the training is conducted on-site or as a webinar
- Adjustment of hourly rates for professional consulting and administrative efforts
- Billing for additional expenses incurred by extensive or non-standardised requests
- Changes in administrative and processing fees for amendments and audits
- Self-declaration fees for non-submission within the specified deadline
