Newsletter 986: Update to the Fee Regulation

Dear Sir or Madam

We would like to inform you that VQF has updated its Fee Regulation. These changes were approved by the Board on 5^th November 2024 and will come into effect on 1^st January 2025, replacing the previous Fee Regulation dated 30^th January 2023.

The key updates include:

• Introduction of a minimum fee to ensure sustainable cost coverage
• Standardised training fees, applicable regardless of whether the training is conducted on-site or as a webinar
• Adjustment of hourly rates for professional consulting and administrative efforts
• Billing for additional expenses incurred by extensive or non-standardised requests
• Changes in administrative and processing fees for amendments and audits
• Self-declaration fees for non-submission within the specified deadline
