Self-Declaration for the business year 2023

Dear Member,

As always once winter is at the doorstep it is time for the Self-Declaration process - therefore we have now activated the input form on the Collaboration Platform. The Self-Declaration (VQF doc. no. 903.1) must be completed and submitted by 31 January 2024, whether you act on a professional basis (PFI status) or non-professional basis (NPFI status) and even if you should not have any AMLA-files at all. A possible request for an extension of the deadline to submit the Self-Declaration must be filed with VQF by 31 January 2024 as well.

As in previous years, the electronic form for the Self-Declaration is available on the Collaboration Platform on our website at www.vqf.ch in the members' section. Subsequently you have to complete and transmit the Self-Declaration electronically; with this the submission procedure is closed, hence the Self-Declaration is not to be submitted physically.

Please submit possible notification concerning any changes on material facts and other information (of a personnel or structural nature) which formed part of the application for membership either by regular mail or to mutationen@vqf.ch.

Selbstdeklaration für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Sehr geehrte Mitglieder

Jahresendzeit ist immer auch Selbstdeklarationszeit, weshalb ab sofort die diesjährige Eingabemaske dazu in der Collaboration Platform aufgeschaltet ist. Die vollständig ausgefüllte Selbstdeklaration (VQF Dok. Nr. 903.1) muss bis spätestens am 31. Januar 2024 eingereicht werden, unabhängig davon, ob Sie berufsmässig (BFI-Status) oder nichtberufsmässig (NBFI-Status) tätig sind oder wenn Sie inzwischen über gar keine GwG-Files mehr verfügen. Ein allfälliges Gesuch um Fristerstreckung richten Sie bitte ebenfalls bis am 31. Januar 2024 an den VQF.

Die Eingabemaske für die Selbstdeklaration finden Sie wie gewohnt auf unserer Website www.vqf.ch, unter "Mitglieder" auf der Collaboration Platform. Die Selbstdeklaration ist entsprechend auszufüllen und wird anschliessend elektronisch an den VQF übermittelt. Damit ist der Vorgang abgeschlossen. Sie brauchen kein unterzeichnetes Exemplar mehr an den VQF zu senden.

Für allfällige Mutationsmeldungen bitten wir Sie, nicht die Collaboration Platform zu benutzen, sondern uns diese entweder auf dem Postweg oder an mutationen@vqf.ch zuzustellen.
